1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Johmarg Strips ("we", "us", "our") and the use of our website. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our website, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order with us.

2 Quotations & Orders

• Quotations provided via our website, email or telephone are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until we have confirmed acceptance of your order in writing.
• We reserve the right to decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, pricing information was incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
• Product availability, lead times and minimum order quantities will be confirmed at the time of order.

3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates or supplier pricing, but a confirmed order will honour the price quoted at the time of confirmation.
• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order confirmation. Goods remain the property of Johmarg Strips until payment has been received in full.
• We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment has been received or agreed payment terms have been met.

4 Delivery & Risk

We aim to deliver products within the timeframes communicated at the time of order, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Johmarg Strips is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, supply shortages or force majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided, or upon collection where the Customer arranges its own transport. The Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any damage, shortage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

5 Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, finishes and colours shown on our website and in our catalogue are accurate. However, due to variations in screen displays, printing, and natural material variation (particularly with anodised, powder-coated and metal finishes), slight differences between the displayed image and the actual product may occur. Where exact colour matching is critical to your project, we recommend requesting a physical sample prior to ordering.

6 Warranty

Our products are manufactured to meet or exceed accepted industry specifications and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, subject to:

• Correct selection of product for the intended application;
• Correct use of adhesives and installation methods appropriate to the product; and
• Installation carried out to an acceptable standard of workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made to the product after purchase. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Johmarg Strips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or installation of our products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of time, or costs of removal and reinstallation. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the products supplied giving rise to the claim.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs and the Johmarg Strips brand name and mark, is the property of Johmarg Strips or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9 Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website, or any part of it, at our discretion.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
